For Doorstops
• Wipe with a damp cloth
• Please do not put me in the washing machine
• If needed to completely immerse doorstops with an inner tube in water, remove inner tube before doing so
• Handwash only
• Do not tumble dry
• Do not dry clean
• Bag can be washed on gentle cycle.

• No I’m sorry I don’t take custom orders, but I can do requests. They will be designed in my personal design style, with no revisions. But it’s perfectly acceptable for you to decide not to purchase.
• Sorry I can’t add names to my products
• Custom variations are limited to eye colour, dress/outfit colour. I’ll endeavour to match colours, but as is the nature of recycled materials, I don’t always have the exact colour matches.

~If the product has already been sent to you, you need to send it back to me at your expense.
~Once the product has been received in AS NEW condition, you will be refunded the cost of the product. (Minus the cost of postage)

~ If the product has not been sent to you, you will be refunded the full amount.

You will need to send photo of the faulty product, showing the fault. If deemed a manufacturing fault, a partial or full refund may be given.
